You’ll be gently guided through the practice of Yoga Nidra and leave with the confidence to share its transformative benefits with others.

Certificate of Completion
This program is Yoga Alliance Certified. Upon completion, you will receive a 40HR Yoga Nidra Teacher Training certificate.
Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs) may submit this certificate to Yoga Alliance for 40 CEUs (continuing education contact hours).
