In this Yin Yoga & Meditation class, we nurture the spirit as we exercise the Yin tissues with a full-body practice. We use breath mantra and the stillness of the Yin Yoga poses as we take inspiration from Thich Nhat Hanh’s teachings to come home to the calm and clarity within.
